“Celebrities and Legends” – all straight from the pages of the newest installment of the Vail Valley Charitable Fund’s popular calendar – mingled in the crowd, disguised by their garments, until late in the evening when they paraded across stage adorned by a sash declaring their month of appearance.

Causing the greatest stir were bachelorette Trista Rehn and her fiancee, Vail firefighter Ryan Sutter. Party-goers young and old fussed over the couple, snapping shots of the celebrities and waiting in long lines to have Ryan sign his own bare behind on the November/December page.

Steadman Hawkins’ partner Dr. William Sterett and his bevy of clinical fellows also got a rise from the crowd, with Vail Valley Charitable Fund Administrative Director and event emcee Tracy Kurt saying that theirs was the page she’d leave her calendar open to.

And all the disrobing was for a good cause – proceeds from the sale of Vail Undressed 2004 will go to aid people who live and work in the Vail Valley who are in financial need because of medical crisis.

For more information on the Vail Valley Charitable Fund, please contact the organization at (970) 748-0868. To order a copy of the calendar, priced at $14.95, call 1-866-850-9937 or visit one of many retailers across the valley.
