Vail Hot Yoga launches new ONO Method

EDWARDS — Vail Hot Yoga recently launched the ONO Method, a demanding exercise regimen informed by the latest insights in fitness, alignment, yoga, movement therapy and orthopedics.
The ONO Method focuses on strength and stability, providing a rigorous workout that targets both big muscle groups and the often-overlooked smaller muscles that provide balance. This combination develops a stronger core, better posture and improved alignment — essential elements for anyone committed to an active lifestyle.
The ONO Method provides one-on-one attention through small class sizes. Each student is monitored closely during the 75- to 90-minute workout to ensure proper technique for all body types. The room temperature is around 95 degrees with 30 percent humidity to provide optimal conditions for muscle care and strengthening.
ORIGINS OF ONO METHOD
Ame Onofrey, a former Division 1 tennis player at Purdue University, Egoscue postural alignment specialist and master yoga instructor trained in bikram yoga, developed the ONO Method in consultation with physical therapists, yoga masters, Egoscue specialists and fitness experts.
