In a six-month period, Montaneros has renovated the exterior of its property to blend in with the numerous renovation projects happening at nearby properties near the EagleBahn Gondola.Montaneros moved quickly last summer to dovetail its renovation with the construction of the new high-end Arabelle at Vail Square hotel and residential project, part of Vail Resorts $500 million New Dawn revitalization efforts of the Lionshead commercial district.Renovations incorporated a moss-rock stone base, heavy timbers and new roof structures.
