Breakfast: The Bookworm of Edwards, Edwards

The meal: ” ‘Green Eggs and Ham.’ It’s a perfect combination of breakfast food in a tasty little package.”

Lunch: Avon Bakery and Deli, Avon

The meal: “Probably the reuben sandwich. Great bread.”

Dinner: Osaki’s Sushi and Japanese, Vail

The meal: “Yellowtail tuna with jalepeno because the quality of the fish and ingredients is unparalleled.”

Breakfast: The French Press, Edwards

The meal: “Italian sausage omelette. Just my standard breakfast. It has everything.”

Lunch: Smiling Moose Deli, Edwards

The meal: “‘NYC Roast Beef.’ I like the flavors of the beef with the blue cheese.”

Dinner: Bagali’s Italian Kitchen, West Vail

The meal: “Cannelloni. It’s hearty, sweet and spicy. It’s delicious. It’s just this sausage dish with more of a sweet taste to it.”

Breakfast: Smiling Moose Deli, Edwards

The meal: “I like their cinnamon bun. That’s my special treat. And they have good coffee.”

Lunch: Mirador, Edwards

The meal: “The B.E.L.T., which is bacon, egg, lettuce and tomato. It has a fried egg and it’s really terrific. It’s decadent.”

Dinner: Juniper, Edwards

The meal: “They have new ribs that are sweet and they soak them in pineapple juice. The steak there is fabulous. They have a special rub.”
