Vail Mountain Coffee & Tea Co. set to launch new cafe in Minturn
MINTURN — Scott Robinson has been hired as the manager of the new cafe concept at Vail Mountain Coffee & Tea Co.
“We are very excited to have Scott join the company. Hailing from the Northwest, Scott grew up around a lively coffee culture. His passion for coffee, coupled with his extensive restaurant background, makes him a powerful new asset to the team,” said Chris Chantler, Vail Mountain Coffee & Tea Co. co-founder.
“I’m really excited to be a part of the new cafe concept at the roastery,” Robinson said. “Our goal is to give the valley the ultimate coffee and tea experience. The focus will be on single-cup brewing for both coffee and tea, along with a full flight of espresso drinks. We feel that it is important to build a sense of community here, a space where you can come to meet, study and or simply chill. We also plan to have plenty of traditional drip coffee available for those that view coffee as a medical emergency, not recreation.”
