Vail Mountain opening earlier starting on Friday
VAIL — Vail Mountain will move to its winter morning operating schedule beginning Friday. With the shift in operating hours, the majority of front side lifts will open at 8:30 a.m. and close at 3:30 p.m.
The Back Bowls and Game Creek as well as Blue Sky Basin will open as soon as lifts and terrain are ready. The Back Bowls and Game Creek will continue to close at3 p.m.; Blue Sky Basin will close at 2:30 p.m. Lift operating hours are posted at the base of all lifts that are open and are subject to change according to conditions.
All ticket office and Vail Ski & Snowboard School locations in Vail will continue to be open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
