Vail Mountain School presents "Little Women"
VAIL – The Vail Mountain School Players will perform “Little Women,” a musical based on the classic Louisa May Alcott story. The show follows the saga of the four March sisters – Meg, Jo, Beth, and Amy – as they grow up in Civil War America. Set against the backdrop of New England in the 1860s, the story is about the struggles we go through to reach our dreams, the inevitable hardships of life, and most of all, the importance of family. Filled with wonderful music, memorable characters, and touching moments, this play is sure to charm young and old alike. Performances are Feb. 12 at 5 p.m. and Feb. 13 at 6:30 p.m. in the Vail Mountain School theater. Come early on Friday evening (between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m.) for pizza before the show. Tickets are $10 at the door, or reserved seating can be purchased for $15 in advance. Students and senior citizens pay only $5 at the door.
