VAIL — Vail Mountain School’s 24th annual garage sale is today and Saturday.
The event includes items donated by Vail Mountain School families and local stores Nest, Holy Toledo and Ritzy Recalls.
The event is held at Vail Mountain School and fills a gymnasium.
“We have lots of great things ready and waiting,” said Sue Franciose, Vail Mountain School parent and event organizer. “There’s furniture, tons of clothing, appliances, toys, electronics, tools, baby items, sporting goods, bikes, skis, artwork, housewares, linens and much, much more.”
Most adult clothing is $6 per item, children’s clothing starts at $3, and shoes are priced at $5 per pair or less.
All unsold items will be donated to the Maloit Park Community Rummage Sale, which is later this summer.
Early-bird shopping begins at 3:45 p.m. today, and admission is $5 for adults, with children admitted free.
Admission is free on Saturday, beginning at 8 a.m. Fill a bag begins at 1 p.m. for $20, and the sale ends at 2 p.m.
