Vail.net celebrates growth

AVON, Colorado – Established in 1996 in the early days of the worldwide web, Vail.net is celebrating 2010 with continued growth.
This portal website has had a 48.3 percent increase in visitors year over year for the summer vacation planning window of May through mid-July 2010. Nearly 50,000 visitors logged on in the two and a half month period to find vacation planning information on Vail, Beaver Creek, Avon, Edwards, Minturn and Eagle.
Visitors to Vail.net find details on festivals, fairs and food festivals, summer adventures like golf, rafting, cycling and hiking – as well as lodging, dining and spas for the region. With webcams, a blog with timely specials and offers, a regional calendar, river and mountain reports, flight and travel information and a local weather report, Vail.net is a comprehensive visitor information site.
