Vail offers free parking Saturday, Sunday
Vail, CO Colorado
VAIL, Colorado – Skiers, riders and everyone else will be greeted with free parking in the Vail Village and Lionshead parking structures Saturday and Sunday to close out the ski season. The free parking comes courtesy of the Vail Town Council on behalf of the entire community to thank everyone for coming to Vail this season.
“The community, and in particular, the Vail Mountain crew have done an incredible job in making the most of our challenging weather and creating experiences that have been enjoyed by our guests,” says Mayor Andy Daly. “This is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to everyone involved as we look forward to an exciting year ahead of us with construction of the new gondola in Vail Village and our 50th anniversary celebration which kicks off in the fall.”
As a result of the Town Council’s decision to lift the gates early, free parking in the structures will begin at 6 a.m. Saturday and will extend throughout the summer season.
