Vail offers recycling for campaign yard signs
VAIL — Yard signs are a popular way for voters to advocate their preferences for candidates and issues. Unfortunately, come Wednesday, these unwanted yard signs cannot be recycled curbside or at the community drop off locations. To address this, the town of Vail is partnering with Vail Honeywagon to provide recycling of the standard size yard signs. This recycle resource is unavailable for larger, billboard-type signs.
Please bring your yard signs to the Vail Community Development office for recycling. The office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and is located at 75 S. Frontage Road on the west side of the parking lot. The collection deadline is Nov. 15.
