Vail opens China Bowl, Highline Express

VAIL — Vail Mountain began operating Orient Express (No. 21) and Teacup Express (No. 36) today, accessing terrain in China Bowl. The resort also opened Riva Bahn Express (No. 6) and Highline Express (No. 10), bringing the total skiable acres to 2,692. Two Elk restaurant also opened today.

Vail has received two feet of new snow in the last week, and the Colorado forecast is calling for consistent snowfall until Dec. 18.
