Vail Realtors to host safety training
EDWARDS, Colorado – Safety expert Andrew Wooten will be at the Vail Board of Realtors office Aug. 19 offering safety courses.
The classes will include information related to identity theft, personal safety, business safety and foreclosure safety and awareness. An additional self-defense class will be offered at The Shaw Cancer Center, and all proceeds from the class will be given to Jack’s Place in Edwards.
Wooten is the safety advisor of the National Association of Realtors as well as the president of Safety Awareness Firearms Education (S.A.F.E.).
9 a.m.-12 p.m. – Safety class at the Vail Board of Realtors office in Edwards. Cost is $45.
2 p.m.-3 p.m. – Self-defense class at The Shaw Cancer Center in Edwards. Cost is a donation to The Shawn Cancer Center for Jack’s Place.

5 p.m.-6 p.m. – Self-defense class at the Vail Board of Realtors office in Edwards. Cost is $10.
All classes are open to the public. Realtors attending the training will be offered three hours of real estate education.
