This yoga workshop is an intentional movement class in which students incorporate breath work and slower asana (yoga postures), as well as meditation and energy work. Winters is a certified reiki practitioner. This practice is suited for all levels.
Winters received her yoga certification at Yandara Yoga Institute. During her training, she also studied reiki with Allison Eaton, a certified reiki master.
“Practicing yoga and reiki with Chelsea helped me recently to understand and heal after a very trying time in my life,” said Libby Maio, a yoga teacher at Aria Athletic Club. “The support she gives is kind true and special.”
