Vail research foundation hosts ‘Night to Remember’
VAIL VALLEY, Colorado – Summer is finally here in Colorado’s Vail Valley and people all over the Valley cycling, running and rafting. Many of those people, or those that they recreate with, have research from the Steadman Hawkins Research Foundation to thank for allowing them to stay active. This summer, as a fundraiser and celebration of the mountain lifestyle, the nonprofit foundation hosts “A Night to Remember,” a special dinner event at Spago restaurant at The Ritz Carlton, Bachelor Gulch. Wines paired with the evening’s cuisine will be furnished by Duckhorn Wine Company, with the exception of the event’s chardonnay which will come from Morgan Winery. “This will be one of the Vail Valley’s ‘can’t miss’ summer events,” says Sheri Wharton, director of special events at the Steadman Hawkins Research Foundation. “We are celebrating one of Vail’s great institutions.
