Vail Restaurant Month kicks off
VAIL, Colorado – The second annual Vail Restaurant Month kicks off Monday with a tasty celebration of harvest. “Market to Table Week” will present a feast of choices for residents and visitors, with seven days of innovative chef dinners and demonstrations, cocktail mixers and parties, complimentary tastings of premium wine and spirits and a grand finale of the Vail Farmers’ Market in Vail Village on Sept. 25. “Market to Table Week” will feature culinary adventures whipped up by Vail’s most innovative chefs, showcasing the best of locally sourced, organic and artisanal produce of the harvest season.
