Vail seeks to fill board vacancies

VAIL, Colorado – The Town of Vail is seeking community members to fill vacancies on four citizen boards. Openings exist on the Planning and Environmental Commission, Design Review Board, Art in Public Places Board and the Building and Fire Codes Appeals Board.
Applications for all vacancies are due to the town by 5 p.m. Tuesday. The Vail Town Council will conduct interviews during its work session on March 20, with appointments to follow at its evening meeting. The terms become effective April 1 and expire March 31, 2014 for the Design Review Board, Planning and Environmental Commission and Art in Public Places Board and March 31, 2017 for the Building and Fire Codes Appeals Board.
