VAIL, Colorado – Vail Restaurant Month celebrates its final week, LoveFest, Monday through Oct. 16.

“We created (Vail Restaurant Month) to celebrate all Vail has to offer in the glorious fall season,” said Vail Restaurant Month co-founder Ilene Rapkin. “And that includes sharing loving experiences and creating memories. Whether indoors or outdoors, couples can share champagne pairings, our exceptional and diverse spa treatments, fireside lounges, parties and receptions and, of course, one-of-a-kind romantic dining events in our restaurants and hotels.”

The seven-day LoveFest includes a gala reception for Belvedere RED at Masters Gallery Vail on Friday, champagne and spirits tastings, romance-themed dinner menus, an etiquette class for kids and dining events created by Vail chefs.

“A big part of Vail Restaurant Month is to support our community’s initiatives and charities. In the case of our special reception on Oct. 14 honoring Belvedere RED Global Fund to Fight AIDS, the beneficiary is The Red Ribbon Project, supporting HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention and services in Eagle County,” Rapkin said.
