VAIL, Colorado – It was a gorgeous evening on Monday when Bravo! Vail Valley Music Festival patrons gathered to usher in another phenomenal season.

Eugenia Zuckerman, whose amazing style and grace captured the feeling with this: “I am talking to you from the new space we have for offices in Vail. We are very happy here. We have a very busy and fabulous staff and we are gearing up for the opening concerts and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra.”

She said they were excited to have the orchestra back in Vail.

“Their new music director, Jaap van Zweden, from the Netherlands, has really energized and reinvigorated that wonderful orchestra and they are getting fabulous reviews. He is a great guy and a great communicator,” she said.

The Philadelphia Symphony Orchestra will follow the Dallas orchestra, and then the New York Phiharmarmonic will arrive.

So, here we are at Bravo! for our 22nd season and I have to tell you that we always think to ourselves, ‘How can we improve on the last season and somehow every season is unique in the way in which it is exciting,'” Zuckerman said.

“The music always makes people happy. Let’s remember that music is something that we all need. Especially in difficult times, it is a way to be in touch with our deepest feelings and emotions. It is a way to connect with others, she said.

So once again, the best orchestras to be found anywhere will perform in the best place to be anywhere, in Vail.
