Vail Sonnenalp’s tango-fusion dance lessons return

VAIL – Spring is heating up and so is the Sonnenalp, with its second Tango-Blues Fusion dance event Saturday.

Join the Sonnenalp Resort of Vail in conjunction with Community-Minded Dance and the Vail International Dance Festival, a project of the Vail Valley Foundation, as they present Tango-Blues Fusion dance lessons at Ludwig’s.

“This exciting event is perfect for locals and visitors alike,” said Johannes Faessler, owner of the Sonnenalp. “We had over 75 people participate in our last Tango event, so we’re looking forward to another great turnout.”

“Between the dancing, specialty tapas and drink specials this is sure to be an extraordinary night.”

Guests have two packaged options to choose from. The first is $15 per person for social dancing from 8 to 11 p.m. The second is $38 per person, which includes dance lessons, light tapas from Ludwig’s as well as the social dancing, starting at 6 p.m.
