Vail to host women’s golf camp first week in June

VAIL — The Vail Golf Club will host a two-day Lady Golf Camp on Friday and Saturday, June 2 and 3. Join PGA golf professionals Amy Nordeen and Nathan Mead for an opportunity to fine-tune your golf game.

The camp is designed to help golfers gain distance and consistency in their full swing; perfect chipping, pitching and putting techniques; master golf course strategy and enjoy fun and simple coaching by the pros. Golfers are encouraged to discover the talents and abilities they possess and reach their true potential.

The camp includes:

Six hours of instruction with PGA coaches.

Short game, full swing, mental golf and fitness instruction.

Participate in The Longevity Project

The Longevity Project is an annual campaign to help educate readers about what it takes to live a long, fulfilling life in our valley. This year Kevin shares his story of hope and celebration of life with his presentation Cracked, Not Broken as we explore the critical and relevant topic of mental health.
