What goods and services do you provide? We are a different kind of bike shop. We take the hassle out of loading up your bike to go to the shop. We come to your home or work, and get your bike fixed there.
What strategy do you use to differentiate your company from the competition? There are two types of people in the world — those who like bike shops and those who don’t. While I very much respect all of the bike shops, we are there for the second type of person.

What philosophy do you follow in dealing with your customers? What can your customers expect from you? I have terrible separation anxiety with my bike. I can’t stand being kept from my bike for any extended time. I feel the pain of anyone who has to load up a sick bike, take it to the repair shop and leave it there. The world today is so competitive and people have less spare time than ever. Many people don’t have the time during the day to load the bikes up, leave work during the day to go to the bike shop, wait for the bike to be repaired, and then pick up the bike from the shop. Imagine making the call to Riding Rocks, and when you come home, your bike is ready to be ridden. It makes a lot of sense. We are here to take the hassle out of the bike repair.
During the winter, I am a supervisor for the world’s best ski school, at Vail. The reason we are the best is because we take customer service to a new level day after day. Riding Rocks is here to innovate new ways to make the customer’s life a little easier in this challenging world.
