Because were dealing with customers during what can be a stressful and tense time, we focus on being professional but we also want to bring some humanity to the situation. I think this is best displayed in our friendly, caring and can-do attitude. Our customers can expect we will treat each transaction as if it were our own, ensuring a personal touch.Tell us a little about your background, education and experience: Our backgrounds are as diverse as the many properties in which we deal we have people born and raised in Eagle and Garfield counties and transplants from New York City and Florida. The title insurance business is unique when it comes to training and education. We all learn on the job and continue to evolve every day. All of the employees in Eagle County have been in the business at least 10 years, with as many as 23 years of experience in the management team. What is the most humorous thing that has happened at your business since you opened? This may not be funny, but we once closed an $18.5 million ranch deal with the buyer on the side of the road. The buyer was ill and staying at the new ranch he was purchasing in Jackson County. He wanted to meet at the crossroads of two county roads half way between Eagle and Walden. So we jumped in the car, met the buyer and signed the documents. We really do go that extra mile for clients!
