What goods or services do you provide? Green Limousine is an eco-friendly luxury transportation that specializes in private airport transfers, large group transportation, and around-town car service. From New Year’s Eve transportation, to airport service, to green weddings, we can cover all transportation needs for any size group.

What’s new or exciting at your place? Unfortunately, the transportation business is rarely exciting. What’s new is our fleet. We put a ton of miles on our vehicles so we have to update them every few years to keep them up to the standard that our guests deserve. We also started running the pedicabs in Vail Village this summer and plan to continue that throughout the winter months as well. I am excited about this as it is a zero emission mode of transportation, but more importantly, it is fun.

What strategy do you use to differentiate your business from your competition? Green Limousine is differentiated from other private transportation companies only by our top-notch personalized guest service, our environmental passion, and our initiative. Our luxury four-wheel drive vehicles are powered by biodiesel, ethanol and hybrid gasoline/electric engines. This, coupled with our friendly and professional service, keep or guests asking for us by name.

What philosophy do you follow in dealing with your customers? What can your customers expect from you? Green Limousine was built on the philosophy that businesses can do better for the environment as well as for society and our community. When dealing with our guests, we go out of our way to make sure that they are beyond satisfied. This superior customer service is what keeps the guests of the Vail Valley coming back year after year. Our friendly drivers excel during the harsh driving conditions that winters in the mountains provide us with. From detours to delays, we always get to our destination safely and stress free.

Tell us a little about your background, education and experience: I grew up in a small town in East Texas and attended The University of Texas at Austin. I have worked in the transportation industry almost all of my adult life and have always been passionate about conservation and the environment. Just after school, I spent a summer working with the U.S. Forest Service on a conservation project in the mountains of New Mexico and moved to Vail the following winter. The transition to doing environmentally friendly passenger transportation came naturally, and I am excited to be a part of the infrastructure for the ever-changing scene of the renewable energy industry.



What is the most humorous thing that has happened at your business since you opened? There are really no single hilarious examples that happen in this line of work, but one of the best parts of the business is in getting to know the guests. As much as we try to brighten the day of our guests, they do the same for us. They are here to have a good time, and spending a couple of hours on I-70 with their stories from skiing and everything else under the sun, they usually provide us with quite a few laughs.
