What goods or services do you provide? Greencloth cleaning cloths and Greencloth cleaning mops. They clean virtually any hard surface using just water, and will clean windows without streaking.

What’s new or exciting at your place? We are testing a new process that will enhance the effectiveness of the existing product. We believe this new process will make the product indespensible to hotels and hospitals. Not only can a company save money by using these long-lasting cloths, they can also save money, and the environment, by using fewer cleaning compounds.

What strategy do you use to differentiate your business from your competition? Unlike a microfiber cloth, the Greencloth does not shed. It cleans streak-free with only water. We also offer a private label option for individuals and companies that want to include the Greencloth in their companies’ marketing strategy.

What philosophy do you follow in dealing with your customers? What can your customers expect from you? “Service, service, service!” I am committed to personal attention and quick order fulfillment.

Tell us a little about your background, education and experience: My experience and background is in the hospitality business: I have waited tables, tended bar and managed restaurants at various locations in Ohio. A job I have in Ohio turned into a seasonal position, so I came to Vail and am now working at The Left Bank.

What is the most humorous thing that has happened at your business since you opened? The most humorous thing to me is the look on people’s faces when I demonstrate the Greencloth. It is most commonly a slack-jawed look followed by, “That’s really cool.” (or words to that effect)
