As part of our launch, we’re offering an introductory discount rate on membership. For less than $1 a day you can have 24/7 access to resources and guidance.
What strategy do you use to differentiate your business from your competition? Businesses tell us the HR field continues to be overwhelming, they have very limited time to dedicate to it, they spend countless hours searching the Internet for answers and don’t know where to turn for trustworthy resources and guidance. The new Web site and membership are the result of that feedback.
What philosophy do you follow in dealing with your customers? What can your customers expect from you? Our company is only as strong as our members and clients. We strive to implement member and client ideas, suggestions and requests. Our members and clients can expect dedication to providing updated and reliable resources and guidance in a way that is easy to understand.
Tell us a little about your background, education and experience: Human Resources Plus was founded in 2003 because we saw a need for affordable HR consulting, outsourcing, and access to online resources. We have over 25 years of experience in human resources in a variety of industries and both are Senior Professional Human Resource certified. Members and clients can be confident that they have access to expert resources and guidance. Hollis Dempsey is a third generation native of Eagle County, and Becky Sobek has called the Vail Valley her home since 1990. We feel privileged to be able to work and live in such an incredible place!
