What is the most humorous thing that has happened at your business since you opened? After Thanksgiving dinner, we were relaxing and talking about how we had not had any emergencies all day. Then, my wife received a call from her work. “The clinic is flooding.” A water pipe froze and burst above the surgery room and poured water down into the room, affecting the ceiling and walls. We arrived to find about half the clinic was affected and helped direct the staff on where to turn the water off. Water losses are never a laughing matter, and we were able to dry the surgery room out for the scheduled surgeries on Tuesday.
