What goods or services do you provide? We are a full-service property management company based out of KIVA at Beaver Creek. Our services include: on site operation and maintenance of the KIVA condo building, short term rentals and home care for vacation condos, townhomes and single family homes in Beaver Creek, as well as concierge, cleaning, maintenance, real estate and remodel services.

Our current clients include KIVA at Beaver Creek and 5 Meadows townhomes. We also have a home listed for sale in Gypsum and two homes in Gypsum available for rent.

What’s new or exciting at your place? Our primary business is property management of KIVA at Beaver Creek. The homeowners have just completed a comprehensive remodel of the common areas. We have a fabulous new entrance, lobby, entirely updated hallways and offices. Everyone is welcome to stop by our grand re-opening Dec. 4 from 3 to 7 p.m.

What strategy do you use to differentiate your business from your competition? We specialize in personal, knowledgeable service. We listen to the client and demonstrate flexibility. This allows them to tell us what they want instead of making their needs fit into our predetermined formula. Also our homeowners and our repeat rental guests are recognized and treated with the appreciation they should receive for their loyalty.

What philosophy do you follow in dealing with your customers? Whether you are a homeowner or rental guest – we are so delighted to have your business!

What can your customers expect from you? We give each homeowner and guest our best service and attention -every minute of every day.

Tell us a little about your background, education and experience: We have four full-time, year ’round employees: Roberta Dorfman has been our reservation manager for 20 years. Louise Sanchez is assistant manager and has been here from the start with JT Thomas, maintenance superintendent, and myself. Three of us have been with the company since the KIVA was built, 26 years ago. We expand to 15 to 20 seasonal employees in the winter. Most of these have been returning every year for up to 15 years.

What is the most humorous thing that has happened at your business since you opened? We have quite a few… gunshots, strait jackets, poop, nudity, brush fires, pool furniture swimming, wild employee parties, wasted celebrities… But our lips are sealed – how do you think we’re still here after 26 years?
