What goods or services do you provide? PSI Plumbing offers a full range of services and repairs to both residential and commercial customers. We believe that being proactive and not reactive is looking out for customers’ best interest. This philosophy has led us to expand our company to include jetting as well as grease, sugar and drain management systems for restaurants, bars and other business.



What’s new or exciting at your place? The most exciting new service in plumbing is power jetting. We have a specialized truck that can deliver up to 4,000 psi of pressure to completely remove drain line corrosion and blockage, preventing costly repairs and damage. The service can be done in both residential and commercial settings. It blows away the old way of simply snaking a drain to open a hole in a clog.

Also, we have become distributors for Environmental Biotech, the most advanced active live bacteria system out there for grease management. Environmental Biotech has been around for more than 20 years and has contracts with all of the McDonalds in Europe and Invesco Field in Denver.

What strategy do you use to differentiate your business from your competition? We are always on the lookout for ways we can either expand or improve our services. Technology like full-color digital cameras allows us to better assess problems and design solutions. Again, our jetting truck was a major investment toward providing effective and efficient solutions. All of us here at PSI make a concerted effort to bring an upbeat and positive attitude to our customers’ homes.



What philosophy do you follow in dealing with you customers? What can your customers expect from you? We are a service-oriented company in a service industry. We never forget that. Response times to your phone call and the scheduling of appointments must, and do, reflect that commitment.

Tell us a little about your background, education and experience. I have been involved with the plumbing and heating industry since 1987. I moved to Colorado in 1991 and PSI was founded in May of 2000. Here at PSI we are huge believers in continuing education. We have in-house training every week and bring in outside instructors as well. We try to stay in a constant mode of learning and staying up on where our industry is headed so we can keep our customers current with the most recent technology trends.

What is the most humorous thin that has happened at your business since you opened? We once responded to a call about a backed-up toilet. After repeated hand snaking we pulled the toilet, and when we flipped it over there smiling back at us was a set of rubber teeth from a Halloween party!
