As a result, we purchase products in greater quantity than any of our competitors, allowing us to maintain the lowest prices in the industry. This allows us to provide unparalleled customer service with regard to product knowledge and gardening advice. What philosophy do you follow in dealing with your customers? The philosophy we embrace has three parts: • Offer our customers the best pricing. • Have the largest selection. • Provide the most complete and helpful customer service in the industry.Tell us a little about your background, education and experience: I have lived in the mountains most of my life. Over the last 20 years I have bounced between Utah, Vermont, the Alps and Colorado. Over this period I always maintained an indoor or outdoor garden. Sustainable gardening has always been a passion. Somewhere during this period I managed to earn a law degree and pass the Colorado bar exam, so I split my time between gardening and my practice. What is the most humorous thing that has happened at your business since you opened? All the people that we consistently have to turn away as a result of them thinking we are in a different industry. We do want Vail Daily readers to know, we are a gardening store and only a gardening store.
