What goods or services do you provide? Haircuts, color, highlights, royal keratin straightening treatments, beach wave perms, blow dry bar, waxing , make-up and tanning services. We are also available for mobile appointments, special events and weddings.
What’s new or exciting at your place? We took over an existing salon space and remodeled it with new hardwood floors, contemporary furnishings and a brand new product line featuring the fabulous Kevin Murphy line of hair and styling products. Most important, we have five incredible stylists with more than 50 years experience combined! We are bringing the best in service and hair to the Vail Valley. We’re in a great location and have tons of free parking!
What strategy do you use to differentiate your business from your competition? Our outstanding customer service is second to none. We compliment that with continual education in order to bring the best in classic or the latest trends to the valley.
What philosophy do you follow in dealing with your customers? What can your customers expect from you? We take our time in getting to know exactly what our client is looking for and in return explaining to them what they can expect from us. We pride ourselves in being able to adapt effectively to each person that walks through our doors.
Tell us a little about your background, education and experience: The owner, Liz, hails from the East Coast with a degree in human behavior from Adelphi University in New York and went on to earn her cosmetology license in Colorado in 2009. She has been a permanent resident in the Vail Valley since 1995. The entire staff at the Vail Salon believe that continuing their education on a regular basis is the key to success — we love what we do and pride ourselves on the results.
What is the coolest thing that has happened at your business since you opened? We have the coolest team in the most contemporary setting and are happy and hard working all day! Come see us!
