EAGLE COUNTY ” Prudential Colorado Properties will host “Home Buying in Today’s Real Estate Market,” a question-and-answer panel discussion with local experts in the real estate industry including mortgage lenders, credit advisers, and real estate professionals.

The seminar is June 25 at the Brush Creek Pavilion in Eagle Ranch from 5 ” 8 p.m.

The deminar is designed to inform and educate the public and focus on home ownership opportunities and news about the current mortgage and financing markets. Other discussion topics include managing money, the importance of credit, Eagle County housing programs and options, the real estate market today and information on housing options in the towns of Vail, Eagle and Gypsum.

Housing representatives from Vail, Eagle and Gypsum will also be in attendance to answer questions about town specific housing programs.

Panelists are: Liona Perkins, Eagle County; Rob Grems, Central Rockies Mortgage; Patty Moralez, Steve Zoller and Kari Pier from Wells Fargo; and Craig Capan, Mike Budd and Laurie Slaughter from Prudential Colorado Properties.

Attorneys Timothy D. Scott and Lyle A. Wallace have joined Otten, Johnson, Robinson, Neff + Ragonetti, P.C. They will be shareholders and directors with the firm’s business transactions and tax practice group.
