Vail Valley entertainment: The Beach Boys are back at the Beav
After selling out the Vail Valley, Colorado theater in the winter of 2008, The Beach Boys return to the Vilar Performing Arts Center in Beaver Creek at 7:30 p.m. Saturday for a highly anticipated encore.
Tickets for The Beach Boys are $90, $120 or $160 and are available online at http://www.vilarpac.org, by phone at 888-920-ARTS or in person at the Vilar box office in Beaver Creek. Tickets are available online 24 hours a day; the box office is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. with additional hours on performance days.
Wine at the Chophouse
BEAVER CREEK ” The Beaver Creek Wine and Spirits Festival continues with a 3 p.m. wine tasting and food pairing at the Beaver Creek Chop House. Reconnect with Mother Earth
AVON ” A dozen female artists will hold a reception at the Avon Public Library for their exhibit “Reconnecting with the Rhythms of the Earth.” The reception is scheduled for 2 to 4 p.m. The exhibit remains at the Avon Public Library through the end of the month. Something smells fishy
