This year’s participating restaurants include: Batter Cupcakes, Columbine Bakery, dish!, The French Press, Main St. Grill, Marko’s, Ristorante Ti Amo, SweetKate, Ticino and Vin 48.

“We are extremely excited about this event and would like to thank all of the restaurants that are participating,” said Amelia Langer, the Eagle River Youth Coalition youth outreach coordinator. “We will have tastings from some of the finest restaurants in the valley, and it is sure to be a fun and delicious night.”

Ticino will be preparing a traditional Italian goulash. Vin 48 will be serving pork rillettes on focaccia toast points. Main St. Grill will serve their finger lickin’ good ribs.
