VAIL VALLEY, Colorado -The topic for this Saturday’s gathering of Journeys in Living Spirituality is “Prayer, Ritual and Tradition.” Journeys in Living Spirituality is a non-denominational, spiritual gathering on the first and third Saturday of each month held at the Avon Library Community Room. This is a free event with donations welcome and all are welcome to attend.”This week we will be discussing what the spiritual tools are we using for our journey, when, where, why and how we utilize our connection to God in our daily life, do we have spiritual responses in times of crisis, need, joy and thanksgiving, and when are we most connected to creation and the flow of love,” says Narda Reigel, co-creator of Journeys in Living Spirituality.”This week’s topic is exciting and timely,” adds Rev. Catherine Zeeb, PhD. “Our use of ritual, prayer and tradition can help ease the turmoil that surrounds us.”Journeys in Living Spirituality begins at 3:30 p.m. and ends around 4:45 p.m. Each session opens with silent meditation, prayer or reading, then moves onto the topic and discussion, and closes with prayer/meditation.
