Vail Valley human resources company rolls out telephone answer line

Human Resources Plus, an Eagle-based outsourcing and consulting company in the Vail Valley, has announced a new “Employer Outreach Program.”

The company’s phone lines will be open every Monday in July from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. Employers can call to get answers to their human resources questions, receive some guidance on problems they may face and get an outside perspective about their companies’ needs.

“Human resources-related questions and challenges are not always solved with a quick yes or no answer and typically there are myriad circumstances and facts to consider. We can guide employers through the process of how to address a challenge. This free guidance provides an opportunity for employers to speak with certified professionals,” company co-owner Hollis Dempsey said.

Co-owner Rebecca Sobek said employers can get answers to questions such as the length of time they need to keep immigration and tax forms, or broader questions about how companies on tight budgets can still reward their employees.

“This free guidance is a way for our company to reach out to employers and share our expertise,” Sobek said.
