Vail Valley Partnership still has a way to get a merchant pass

Vail, CO, Colorado

There was only one training class this year for business owners to get Vail Resorts’ Merchant Ski Passes. Those who missed that class can still qualify for the passes by participating in the Vail Valley Partnership’s Platinum Service Program.

The program helps businesses establish customer service expectations, set goals and reward outstanding service by providing “mystery shopper” evaluations.

The evaluations provide detailed feedback on guests’ perception of your business in order to help you identify areas for improvement and opportunities to celebrate exceptional service. Participants will receive at least eight mystery shops over the winter season. At the end of the season, business that score well be recognized as Platinum Service Award winners by the Vail Valley Partnership.
