VAIL VALLEY,Colorado – Wolcott Yacht Club chef Ismael Luevano rotates corn while roasting a pig that has been basted in an ancho chili butter sauce Friday before the Vail Valley restaurant’s grand opening luau in Wolcott. The pig was cooked for approximately eight hours until it reached a temperature of 180 degrees.
