Vail Valley photographer on display in Denver

VAIL VALLEY, Colorado –Vail Valley photographer Mike Crabtree’s photo, “Red Ridges,” was recently chosen as one of the winners of a photo contest put on by the Camera Obscura Gallery in Denver. There were 80 winning images out of 1,400 submitted that will be on display at the Gallery from Sept. 18 thru Oct. 24. The opening reception is on the evening of Sept. 18.
“Red Ridges” was taken at Dead Horse Point National Park just north of Moab, Utah.
Crabtree’s photography will be on display at the Minturn Farmers Market the next two Saturdays where he’s offering an “end of summer” sale with 50 percent off his framed pieces. Crabtree’s gallery is located just east of the Eagle roundabout. Call 970-390-9500 for more information.
