Vail Valley: Scott Erwin joins team at Adams Rib Ranch
Vail, CO, Colorado
Adams Rib Ranch recently announced that Scott Erwin has been hired as executive vice president of real estate for the Vail Valley second-home development.
Erwin’s career began as a PGA Tour player. He has also spent time as the golf professional at The Los Angeles Country Club and the Canyon Hotel Resort in Palm Springs, Calif.
Before coming to Adams Rib, Erwin has been general manager/CEO of the Maroon Creek Club in Aspen, the chief operating officer of the Berkeley Hall Club in Bluffton, S.C. and was the executive vice president of residential development for LandPlan Development in Texas
Erwin’s success in Texas during a difficult real estate market is the reason Adams Rib owner Fred Kummer added Erwin to the team at Adams Rib Ranch.
“I have known Joe Cranston, the General Manger of Adams Mountain Country Club for several years and I have great confidence in his leadership ability to provide the highest level of service and produce the finest conditions of any club in Colorado,” Erwin said. “Joe and I both share Mr. Kummer’s belief – Eagle is a relatively undiscovered area in the Vail Valley, making it the ideal mountain town for a unique second home development.”
