Daily Staff Report
Vail, CO, Colorado

Ski Butlers’ location in Vail, Colorado, has won the overall Vail Platinum Service Award for the 2009 – 2010 ski season. Ski Butlers is the only ski shop in the Vail Valley to receive this award.

Local business pay to participate in the service-evaluation program, which is offered by the Vail Valley Partnership. Ski Butlers Vail has earned top evaluation scores for three consecutive years.

“I am very proud that we can continue to offer such a high level of customer service,” said Bryn Carey, President of Ski Butlers. “We are a company that was founded on customer service and will continue to grow on customer service. Being the only ski shop in Vail to win is a great honor.”

Ski Butlers has 10 locations across North America. Where there are no other Platinum Service programs in the other markets in which it operates, Ski Butlers measures its customer service through the “Net Promoter Score,” which asks single question: “How likely is it that you would recommend Ski Butlers to a friend or a colleague?”

Ski Butlers scored an average of 87.5 percent for all its locations for the 2009-10 ski season. Companies generally score in the 50 to 80 percent range.
