Vail Daily staff report
Vail, CO Colorado

VAIL VALLEY, Colorado –Journeys in Living Spirituality continue twice monthly gatherings in Colorado’s Vail Valley this Saturday, from 3:30 to 5 p.m. at the Avon Library Community Room. This week’s topic is forgiveness.

Forgiveness means that you do not carry the baggage of an experience,” says Rev. Catherine Zeeb, one of the leaders of the sessions. “The experience and energy will stick with you when you choose not to forgive. Forgiveness is a large part of living a spiritual life.”

Each gathering begins with meditation and continues with a prayer or saying, lecture, and questions. All are welcome at Journeys in Living Spirituality, including children. Donations are accepted but not expected. An unopened food donation for the Salvation Army is gracefully accepted as well.

The directors and pastors of the gatherings are Zeeb, who is ordained through the Metaphysical Universal Ministries, and Narda Reigel, a certified spiritual director trained in the Vincentian Model of Spirituality from the Center for Spirituality at Work in Denver.

The next Journeys in Living Spirituality will be held on Nov. 21. The topic will is gratitude. For more information, contact Reigel at 970-376-3268 or Zeeb at 970-376-6660 or visit
