Vail Valley: SteamMaster hosts 6th annual golf tournament

SteamMaster Restoration and Cleaning is hosting its Sixth Annual Charity Golf Tournament Sept. 24. Various levels of sponsorship and team slots are available now.

This year’s tournament will include Vail Valley non-profits as beneficiaries. The Vail Valley Charitable Fund, Minturn Community Fund – Family Emergency Fund, Vail Symposium and the Matthews Family Education Fund will benefit.

“SteamMaster has raised over $216,000 over the last five years through the golf tournament and participated in numerous other fund-raising activities over the years,” said Gary Gilman, president and owner of SteamMaster. “We will continue with these efforts in the best of our abilities to give back to the community.”

Ascent Physical Therapy moves to Avon rec center

AVON – Ascent Physical Therapy has moved to the Avon Recreation Center.

“This new location will greatly benefit our clients and allow us to offer more comprehensive rehabilitation and fitness services,” owner Kieth McCarroll said. “We now have access to a full gym and pool, enabling us to more easily transition our rehabilitation clients to return more independently to full activity.”
