Vail Valley: The Resort Company acquires Western Seasons Management

The Resort Company LLC, a mountain resort property management company operating in Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge and Steamboat Springs, has acquired Western Seasons Management, which includes The Borders Lodge in Beaver Creek, The Aspens in Beaver Creek, The Seasons Lodge in Arrowhead, and a collection of private homes in Beaver Creek and Arrowhead.

“The Resort Company is excited to add these properties to our offerings in the Beaver Creek Resort area,” said Bob Milne, president and chief executive officer for The Resort Company. “Guests will experience our unmatched service and the ultimate in alpine elegance.

Ryan MacLachlan will continue to serve as the general manager for The Borders Lodge in Beaver Creek and Karla Kohnen at The Seasons Lodge at Arrowhead. Mike Lange, vice president of The Resort Company and general manager of The Charter at Beaver Creek, will oversee the operations for the new properties.
