Vail Valley yoga weekend to help oil spill cleanup

VAIL VALLEY, Colorado –This weekend in Colorado’s Vail Valley, Dogma Athletica in Edwards will host a special yoga weekend open to the public. Dogma owner Rod Connolly will donate a portion of the proceeds to an organization aiding in the clean up and relief of the recent Gulf Coast oil spill.

The weekend begins on Friday afternoon with a free form yoga class taught by Dogma’s yoga instructors, Amy Baker and Keri Bergeron. The class is open to all levels of yoga enthusiasts and is complimentary to anyone living in the Vail Valley community.

On Saturday and Sunday, special presenter Valerie D’Ambrosio will host classes in sensual first and second chakras (Saturday) and Vinyasa flow (Sunday). D’Ambrosio has an extensive background in multiple yoga disciplines, including Kundalini, Bikram, Vinyasa Flow and Anusara.
