Vail Women’s Empowerment Workshop offers adventure retreat to Costa Rica

VAIL – Join Vail’s Women’s Empowerment Workshop in Costa Rica March 22-29 to uncover and explore your heart’s calling. This nature adventure retreat takes women to one of the most nurturing and biologically diverse places on the planet, the Osa Peninsula. Enjoy a luxurious outer journey while you dive inward with eight days of professional life coaching combined with a luxurious stay at Luna Lodge, a gracious eco-lodge and spa dedicated to serving travelers’ inner and outer needs.

On this transformational journey, women will be guided into the quiet space of creation to envision their dreams and connect deeply to themselves, others and the amazing tropical jungle and ocean. They will explore the outstanding beauty of nature, the stillness of listening profoundly, receive guidance and discover their true path. In addition to Luna Lodge’s bungalows tucked into the jungle, participants will receive three exquisite meals daily, a guided tour in Corcovado National Park, an offering of spa treatments, horseback riding on the beach, hiking to a jungle waterfall, daily yoga or meditation, individual and group coaching and plenty of sacred time alone.

Susie Kincade, founder of Women’s Empowerment Workshop, will co-facilitate this adventure retreat with life coach Victoria FittsMilgrim, of True Life Coaching, who brings more than 20 years of experience in adventure travel and life coaching. The leaders will guide participants on their individual Heroine’s Journey, a deep exploration focusing on each individual’s personal path.

“This is a wonderful opportunity to be nurtured in the rainforest and ocean setting, while exploring where you are and where you want to go in life, no matter your age or experience,” Kincade said. “I’m delighted to be working with Victoria to help women discover their heart’s calling and gain the confidence to act upon it.”

FittsMilgrim agrees, adding that this retreat is especially designed for those who know they want more from their life and are interested in learning how they can achieve that. To that end, the leaders are offering a generous bonus of four months of personal coaching prior to the trip to Costa Rica.
