The Eagle River Youth Coalition’s mission is to collaborate with Eagle River youth-serving organizations to assess prevention needs and build capacity; through strategic plans, programs, and policies around the issues facing young people. How this happens is by making youth a community priority. Member groups include other youth nonprofits, schools, government, law enforcement, religious organizations, parents, youth, and more.

The Eagle River Youth Coalition also coordinates and distributes The Colorado Healthy Kids Survey to measure middle and high school attitudes and behaviors. The survey is sponsored by The United Way of Eagle River Valley.
