Vilar Arts Center thankful for boost from Vail Resorts, Osprey

The Vilar Performing Arts Center and school-aged children across the valley would like to thank Vail Resorts and the Osprey at Beaver Creek for their generous investment in the Vilar Center STARS (Support the Arts Reaching Students) program.

On Jan. 14, the Osprey celebrated its grand opening in Beaver Creek by sponsoring the Lyle Lovett concert and by hosting a night of fundraising for the VPAC and our education programs.

Due to the generosity of the Osprey, Vail Resorts and our concert attendees, $20,000 has been raised to support the STARS program. This educational outreach program reaches thousands of local area kids, providing free transportation and free tickets to numerous performances and workshops throughout the year.

Vail Resorts and the Osprey generously matched the donations made by attendees of the Lyle Lovett concert.

All of us at the Vilar Performing Arts Center wish to thank Vail Resorts, RockResorts and the Osprey at Beaver Creek for their investment in the cultural life of Eagle County school children.

Participate in The Longevity Project

The Longevity Project is an annual campaign to help educate readers about what it takes to live a long, fulfilling life in our valley. This year Kevin shares his story of hope and celebration of life with his presentation Cracked, Not Broken as we explore the critical and relevant topic of mental health.
