Volunteers sought for Edwards health fair
Vail, CO Colorado
VAIL, Colorado – Vail Valley Medical Center is partnering with 9HealthFair, Colorado’s largest nonprofit, volunteer-driven health fair program to provide a health fair in Edwards on Oct. 16. Non-medical volunteers from the Eagle County community are being sought.
“The 9HealthFair model relies on its dedicated volunteers,” says Dr. Connie Wolf of Northstar Urology and Medical Director for the VVMC 9HealthFair. “We are still in need of non-medical volunteers from our community. Also in high demand are bi-lingual non-medical volunteers.”
Non-medical volunteer positions include set-up and clean-up team, participant registration, form checkers, nourishment station volunteers, greeters, parking attendants, information volunteers, screening organizers, screening assistants, traffic control and volunteer registration. Volunteers can register online at http://www.vvmc.com by clicking on the 9HealthFair link.
The fair will be at Battle Mountain High School. For more information, visit http://www.9healthfair.org.
