Warmer weather on the way for Front Range

Daily staff report
Vail, CO Colorado

DENVER, Colorado – A warm up is on the way for the Front Range.

Temperatures were forecast to reach into the low 40s in the Denver area by Monday afternoon, when the Colorado Rockies and Philadelphia Phillies meet again for their NL playoff series. That’s still cooler than many parts of the High Country, including Aspen. The high is expected to be 48 there.

During the rest of the week, daily highs are expected to reach into the 50s and then the 60s in the Denver area. The cold weather will hang on another day in parts of eastern Colorado before things begin to warm up on Wednesday.
